The altitude, the soil components, the abundant nutrient-rich water we draw from the small Lake of Prespa, in combination with the region's unique microclimate, creates the ideal conditions for growing excellent quality beans. The crop in Prespa's lake district is an especially favoured location due to atmospheric moisture.
For decades the secrets of traditional cultivation have been passed down from generation to generation. It is worth noting that the seeds we use today come from those same seeds used by our forefathers - and our product is therefore of pure local origin.
