Our Production

On our estates in Lefkonas, Prespes, we treat the ground gently, frequently leaving it fallow. In October after the harvest, we plough and sow – this is possibly the only area where a mixture of wheat, barley and rye is planted to enrich our land with the mineral properties these cereals contain, which our beans need. In late March again we plough the land until the cereals which have already developed, form liquid ecological fertilizers, which are particularly beneficial for the healthy development of young plants. This process increases the cost of production, but is for the benefit of our products and their quality.


All this, along with the daily human resources work in our estates and the intense manual labour, we ensure the proper growth of our beans and their excellent quality.
