Prespa's rural areas are divided into four (4) soil types:
1) Brown, fine soil
2) Red, hard soil
3) Black, heavy soil
4) Sandy, very fine soil
Each category produces a different quality of bean (all beans in Prespa are of excellent quality). The best quality beans however are produced in the brown, fine soil, where most of our crops are cultivated. The combination of soil type with intensive work – both mechanical and daily manual labour – means our top quality production rate is unrivalled. This is proven by a constant flow of happy customers buying our products time and time again.
